 Arriving at our place you are immediaely drawn into a diverse natural world of changing tides and breaking waves, the songs of busy orchard and sea birds, the wind in the willows, the sun-drenched days, the rising moon reflecting on the water, the glistening stars, the trees laden with seasonal fruits.

Our certified organic property uses only natural fertilisers and mulches, and no chemical sprays of any kind. It begins at the sea and gently climbs toward the foothills of the Hunua Range where you will find a vast network of walking tracks through native forests and pristine lakes and streams.

We grow over 30 varieties of subtropical fruits and a wide range of vegetables which we harvest throughout the year, selling them mainly at nearby farmers’ markets (and to visitors). Our numerous orchard chickens (”chooks”) produce plenty of nutricious organic eggs.

The fruits we grow include:
Apple, Apricot, Avocado, Babaco, Banana, Casimiroa, Cherimoya, Feijoa, Fig, Guava, Persimmon, Passionfruit, Tamarillo, Olive, Narangilla, Pear, Nashi Pear, Quince, Grape, Walnut, Loquat, Peach, Plum, Damson Plum, Mandarin, Orange, Tangelo, Clementine, Grapefruit, Lime, Lemon, & Lemonade.
